UNFORTUNATE NEWS :(

 

This sad bunny is supposed to represent my sadness that our film is over 2 minutes

So... we have hit a sad issue. Our film, which was once 3 minutes and 34 seconds, is now 2 minutes and 6 seconds. However, Cambridge is requiring us to have our film be only 2 minutes long, so we are 6 seconds overdue. But, we already cut out everything unnecessary. This means that we need to cut vital parts out of the film, which obviously is not good because then the story will be harder to follow. Currently, Alexa, Lucia, Kimora, and I are in class trying to see how we are going to cut down some scenes. We have decided to either cut or speed up the pan. There is also a scene where I am standing that Alexa can make a little shorter. Finally, at the very end of the bathroom scene, there are about 2 seconds of a black screen that we are going most likely going to have to take out. It was supposed to show that I turned off the lights in the bathroom. We are crossing our fingers that this will be enough to have our film be only two minutes, but Alexa has her editing equipment at home so when she gets home today after school, she will see how much we have left. If we still have over 2 minutes by the time she takes out those scenes, then we will have a HORRIBLE VERY BAD predicament. Nevertheless, I have faith that we will prevail and #SLAY.
