MOOD BOARD

 

So you can probably already assume what this mood board is trying to convey BUT just incase you're confused let me explain. Basically, the main character is a teenage girl who has an eating disorder and goes to the average American high school. If all goes well and my mood board is an exact representation of my movie, then neutral tones would play a BIG part in the movie. Also, the movie will definitely have a depressing tone, but do NOT worry, I myself am not depressed. However, a lot of current teenager's are depressed, also eating disorders are common throughout my generation. 

The movie I hope to create is mainly a drama, specifically since it will follow a teenage girl who is clinically mentally depressed, hates herself (the picture of the girl crying and looking in the mirror) and thinks starving herself is the only answer (which can be seen from her putting the amount of calories in the food that surrounds her). Also, you might notice that there is a picture of a girl smiling and looking happy, this was supposed to represent the main character acting as if everything is okay, that's how she presents herself to her friends, family and school friends. But, when she's alone her life crumbles and she enters into her depressive stage.
